Your Consent
By creating a Tutor Profile at StudyPoint, you are allowing us to send you SMS and email alerts for classes based on your profile. To unsubscribe from the alerts, you can do this by logging into your profile and navigating to the My Account section.
Tutors are required to submit a copy of their Address Proof (Aadhaar, Voter ID, Passport, Driving License, etc.), two colored passport size photographs, and the most recently obtained educational qualification certificate to StudyPoint.
Teachers are requested not to indulge in any activity other than tutoring, such as taking money for admission into any college/school/institution or engaging in any fraudulent proposal.
In case of any fraudulent activity by the teachers with any student or with StudyPoint, we reserve the right to take legal action against the individual involved.
Tutors are requested to promptly update us about any changes to their current address and phone/mobile number, and are also requested to provide their ID proof to clients if requested.
StudyPoint reserves the right to modify, add, or delete any terms and conditions at any time.
Tutors are also requested to be punctual and to maintain professional behavior, communication, and appearance while attending trial or regular classes with any client.
For Parents/Students
StudyPoint will facilitate finding a tutor that best suits your child’s requirements, but it does not guarantee any success of any kind in any examination or test that your child may undertake.
You understand that home tutors need to be treated with respect and dignity.
You understand that the final decision to choose a particular tutor for your child is yours.
You understand that the tutor will teach your child if and only if at least one parent is present in the house.
You may ask the tutor for identity proof and qualification records before starting classes, as we do not provide any document verification guarantee.
You are advised to pay tuition fees through our platform only. We will release the payment to the tutor at the end of your sessions, only after receiving your confirmation of class completion. However, if you choose to pay the tutor directly and any dispute arises, StudyPoint will not be held responsible.
StudyPoint does not guarantee the student’s academic progress and is not responsible for any stolen property or inappropriate activity by the tutor. Parents or caretakers are advised to supervise the tutor during class hours.
If you do not agree to these terms, you are requested to immediately not use this platform.
StudyPoint reserves the right to change, amend, or update any of the above terms and conditions at any time with or without prior notice.
